WORLD ARCHITECTURE FESTIVAL
Barcelona 22 - 24 October 2008.
The World Architectural Festival is a celebration of the finest buildings of 2008 from around the globe. During three days, prestigious architects from many different countries will gather in Barcelona to see great work, network, do business and above celebrate innovation behind award-winning buildings.
We are shortlisted for 2 category awards:

OFFICE - Head office Viken Skog

CIVIC - Bergen Main fire station
The World Building of the Year 2008 will also be announced.
THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT
A worldwide architectural design competition will take place in order to select the best architect for this unique project for which this is a call for candidature. The competition is organised by the Chief Government Architect of The Netherlands. It is a restricted anonymous project competition that begins with an open application for candidature, followed by a pre-selection of up to 20 participants and a design competition.
Twenty offices from 171 applications have been selected. The only norwegian participant was Stein Halvorsen AS in cooperation with Arcasa AS.

We are nominated with 2 buildings amongst 3 candidates in the final for “Building of the Year
